HOUSE ON WITHROW PARK

Overlooking Withrow Park in Toronto’s east end, this three-storey home was designed to maximize its connection to nature. The main living space is elevated a full storey above the street, offering privacy and uninterrupted park views through large glass doors. A cantilevered balcony extends the living space outward, while the reduced ground-floor footprint preserves mature trees and enhances the site’s natural character. The result is a bright, open home that feels seamlessly connected to its park-side setting.
